By accessing or using the ‘Hi Grandma’ (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of service

The ‘Hi Grandma’ is a platform that connects home inspectors with individuals seeking home inspection services. We do not provide home inspection services directly.

3. User accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. Harass, abuse, or harm another person. Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the ‘I find inspector’ and are protected by international
copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event shall the ‘‘Hi Grandma’, its directors, employees, partners agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the ‘Hi Grandma’ and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees).

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to the Terms on our website.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
